Do you work on fixed budgets or hourly rates?
For new builds and platform overhauls I prefer a fixed-scope quote — it aligns both of us on shipping a defined outcome and keeps your budget predictable. Hourly and retainer rates are reserved for maintenance and dedicated-partner engagements.
How does the payment structure work?
Standard fixed-scope projects are split across three milestones: 40% to kick off, 30% at frontend / architecture sign-off, and the final 30% at successful launch.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every fixed-scope project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty for any immediate bugs. After that we can transition into a retainer that covers new features, optimization, and priority support.
What if requirements change mid-project?
Small adjustments are handled inside the sprint at no charge. Larger scope changes get a Change Order that documents the new work, its impact on the timeline, and the additional cost before we start on it.
