This Privacy Policy explains what information Deepak Mishra (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you visit deepakm.dev or engage with our consulting services, how that information is used, and the choices you have.

  • Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, estimated project budget, and the message you send.
  • Direct correspondence. Anything you share by email or during a call for the purpose of scoping a project.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs (IP-derived country, user agent, HTTP status, request path). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

  • Respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, deliver the engagement.
  • Send occasional professional updates only if you have explicitly opted in.
  • Diagnose reliability, security, and performance issues on the site.

3. Where the data lives

Contact submissions are stored in a self-hosted Directus CMS at admin.deepakm.dev. Access is limited to Deepak Mishra. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set is functional (for example, a session cookie for the CMS admin) and is not used for cross-site profiling.

5. Your rights

We use HTTPS end-to-end, keep server and CMS software up to date, and follow the principle of least privilege for credentials. No online transmission is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
